Listen4Good was created in 2016 by Fund for Shared Insight as a part of its effort to promote high-quality listening and equity-driven feedback practices across the social sector.

Listen4Good designed as a capacity-building program by Fund for Shared Insight, a national funder collaborative seeking to improve philanthropy by promoting high-quality listening and feedback in service of equity.
Pilot cohort of 46 Listen4Good organizations launched. Initial partnership formed with SurveyMonkey.
With the creation of a proprietary web app, Listen4Good positions itself to reach more organizations nationwide and share its best practices.
Online+ and Premium launched as new fee-based offerings.
Listen4Good moves from incubated project to independent organization.
Listen4Good serves more than 1,000 organizations.
