Carrie has worked in domestic and international non-profits for over 25 years spanning the education, public health, and human service fields, first gaining direct service experience and then transitioning into program management and evaluation roles. She honed her data collection, analysis, and feedback skills working at the Population Council in Mexico City, Mexico and in her over 13 years at International Planned Parenthood Federation working with nonprofits throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Most recently, she served as Director of Advancement at an independent middle school designed to educate high-achieving boys regardless of their families’ economic means.Throughout her work at nonprofits large and small, Carrie has maintained a strong focus on organizational systems and the use of data to continually improve them.
