Katrina Anaya

Katrina manages core operations at Listen4Good, overseeing internal finance, human resources, and infrastructure systems. She comes to the team with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she built and managed the business systems function at Panorama Global, a fiscal sponsor organization based in Seattle, Washington. Katrina has also served as the Business Manager at the Equal Justice Center and the Director of Operations at NAMI Central Texas, supporting social programs and leading teams to create greater efficiency. Katrina is committed to mission-driven work and operational excellence.
