Join Our Team at Listen4Good

At Listen4Good, we believe in the power of listening to drive meaningful change. Our fully remote Central team is focused on this mission, and dedicated to supporting organizations as they amplify the voices of those they serve. We also employ multiple part-time resources to advance our work.

Our collective team plays a vital role in designing, managing, and assessing our programs and operations, ensuring that Listen4Good remains a dynamic learning organization that puts people at the center of everything we do.

Listen4Good was created in 2016 by a national funder collaborative, Fund for Shared Insight. Since then, we experienced consistent growth, working with more than 1000 organizations nationwide. In 2023, Listen4Good spun out as an independent project, fiscally sponsored by Tides Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
