Coordinator, Programs (Remote)

Position Overview

This role is a full-time, entry-level position, providing administrative and coordination support across L4G programs. The role will use existing processes, templates, and systems to ensure smooth functioning of L4G programs, including Core programming (Premium and Online+), Advanced programming (Amplify and Refine), and Learning Communities (small group experiences for clusters of organizations as a complement to core programming), and the coaching that underpins our programs. 

This position works across the Programs team and reports to the Director, Programs and Learning.

Responsibilities

  • Program implementation administrative support
    • Maintain accurate data in our Salesforce database system such as updating campaigns, attendance tracking, and participant records.
    • Send standardized program communications, ensuring they are coordinated and sequenced appropriately.
    • Troubleshoot and triage inquiries from individual organizations.
    • Coordinate with the Operations team on invoicing, panelist reimbursements, survey incentives, etc.
  • Programmatic resource maintenance
    • Maintain our program’s templates and documentation of procedures.
    • Prepare and track standardized program materials for each cohort.
    • Update standardized slide decks.
  • Peer Learning support
    • Coordinate scheduling across our programs and stakeholders.
    • Lead Zoom logistics support for virtual peer learning spaces.
    • Over time and as interested, provide facilitation support in peer learning spaces.
  • Coach administrative support
    • Coordinate and prepare content for the coach site and meeting agendas.
    • Ensure adequate availability of coach pools for our webinars and programs by compiling and reviewing available data.
    • Coordinate schedules for various coach meetings. 
    • Lead Zoom logistics support during monthly coach meetings.
  • Program Monitoring and Learning support
    • Implement L4G participant surveys.
    • Tag qualitative webinar feedback data in SurveyMonkey.
  • General support:
    • Assist the Director, Programs and Learning and across the Programs team as needed.
    • Contribute to discussions related to equity and inclusion, program design, strategy, operations, and learning along with other team members.
    • Participate in special projects as requested.
    • Provide occasional ad hoc support across the organization. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Entry-level administrative experience in the nonprofit sector such as internships or part-time/full-time employment of 2-3 years.
  • Commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion, and an interest in lifting up the voices we seek to amplify. Excited to contribute to an inclusive team culture.
  • Interest in supporting nonprofit client feedback practices.
  • Highly organized, with excellent prioritization skills and ability to self-direct in a multifaceted role.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to process large amounts of information accurately and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Adept at written and verbal communication with a high degree of social emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working with different teams and management styles.
  • Learning mindset, including being open to feedback and a willingness to learn new approaches and systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic work environment and adapt to a changing environment and inevitable evolution of our programs.
  • Flexible personality that values collaboration within a highly participatory team and sees new assignments as an opportunity to grow.
  • Willing to roll up sleeves, pitch in where needed, and do unglamorous work at times.
  • Able to learn new software systems quickly. Familiarity with Asana, Mural, and/or Salesforce a plus.

Must be comfortable working in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones. As we function largely as a remote team, this position will work in the home or space of the incumbent’s choosing. 

Must be able to move around a meeting space, and attend quarterly in-person team meetings at a central location, typically the San Francisco, CA area. Must be able to travel domestically on an airplane four times per year to and from the in-person team meetings.

Location & Compensation

Listen4Good operates as a virtual organization and offers a flexible work environment that supports the wellbeing of our team. This position can be based anywhere in the United States. We also have quarterly offsites to get the team together in person– these typically take place in San Francisco, CA. 

This role will be a full-time salaried position with an anticipated base salary range of $53,000 – $60,000 depending on location and experience. This position will also have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match, as well as wellness, vacation, and paid holiday time through our fiscal sponsor.
