Alejandro supports Listen4Good’s core operations, coordinating internal finance, human resources, and infrastructure systems that keep the organization running smoothly. He brings a deep commitment to leveraging operational excellence to advance Listen4Good’s mission and strengthen the social sector.

Alejandro began his career as a high school teacher before transitioning into nonprofit operations, where he discovered the power of strong systems to drive equity and impact. He has since dedicated his career to building organizational structures that enable teams to do their best work in service of community good.

Outside of work, Alejandro enjoys exploring new places, connecting with others through food and culture, and envisioning ways to create a better tomorrow for us all.
