Alexa has over 12 years of experience working in research and evaluation. She has expertise in applying mixed methods approaches in evaluating a variety of nonprofit and government programs. She previously worked at Nurse-Family Partnership, a nurse home visitation program for first-time parents, where she was coached by Listen4Good to implement client feedback loops and create a feedback program. She’s passionate about partnering with social sector professionals to strategize on how to make feedback work approachable and sustainable.
