Superpower: Turning feedback data into decision-making tools

Alicia helps ensure that Listen4Good programs remain laser-focused on meeting organizations’ needs. She oversees L4G’s Learning Communities and supports Listen4Good’s coaching team. She also coaches select organizations as a way of staying grounded in her program development efforts. Alicia has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 16 years, gaining expertise in program implementation, evaluation, data collection, and client engagement. Before joining Listen4Good’s central team, Alicia served as a feedback coach for 2 years. She also participated in the Listen4Good program as a participant when she was the Organizational Learning Manager at ICAN Positive Programs for Youth, a grassroots organization that provides free after-school programs for youth and their parents. Previously, she worked with Centro para el Fortalecimiento de la Sociedad Civil, in Chihuahua, Mexico, supporting nonprofits in a variety of capacity-building projects to better execute their missions.
