Alison guides organizations in gathering community data and input to shape programs and policies that advance equity, justice, and belonging. In nearly two decades of consulting for nonprofits, foundations, and public agencies, she has worked with organizations on evaluation, assessment, and planning projects in areas including community health, behavioral health, youth development, housing and homelessness, the criminal legal system, and social services.
