Denice Kelley

Denice is a seasoned facilitator and organizational strategist guiding the launch and implementation of new programming for Listen4Good through her consulting firm, Dewtier Consulting. She has worked with numerous nonprofits providing services in strategic planning, organizational assessments, workshops, and complex change initiatives in equity, talent, and organizational development. Before founding Dewtier Consulting, she led strategy at iMentor and America’s Promise Alliance. She is also an experienced researcher, particularly around equity-informed practices in education and healthcare, working with leading faculty at Yale and Vanderbilt University, and published in Harvard University Press. When Denice is not working, she is an avid board gamer, reader, and aspiring film/tv writer. On a zoom, you may hear her dog, Clover, a fabulous roommate and honorary team member.
