For 15 years, Nicole has dedicated her career to developing high impact, client-directed, evidence-based practices focused on strengthening the community response to critical social issues such as human trafficking and family homelessness. Starting her career as frontline staff on the national human trafficking hotline, Nicole has engaged in nonprofit program design and management, international coaching and consulting, data analysis, and evaluation.
