Superpower: Getting to the bottom of complex problems

Raimi primarily supports the development and execution of Listen4Good’s Advanced Programming and L4G Learning Communities for organizations who want to take their feedback practices to the next level. However, she also works across other Programs activities such as maintaining L4G’s library of resources and surveying past and present L4G participants. Prior to joining Listen4Good, Raimi worked in nonprofit teams throughout Chicago providing programs and services aimed towards community safety, health, and self-sufficiency.

Upon starting her career in direct services, she found that participant experience was the key to administering high quality, culturally responsive, and sustainable programs. Since then, Raimi has utilized a community-centered approach to the systems she creates in and out of work. When away from her desk, Raimi is a community organizer, music and movie lover, and devoted cat mom to her tripod kitty, Mika.

Why Feedback?

Asking for and applying feedback is a total win-win: it helps organizations identify and change what is and isn’t working, and helps participants become changemakers by using their voice as expertise.
