Superpower: Turning ideas into action
Raimi supports the implementation and development of Listen4Good Learning Communities, primarily those convened to aggregate a Learning Community’s data for ecosystem-level impact (Community Trends Reports). She also manages various projects, from programmatic resource development to feedback implementation support.
Prior to joining Listen4Good, Raimi specialized in operationalizing new direct service initiatives, including a client-facing engagement team aimed to explore, leverage and shift power towards client voice. It was in this role that she found client feedback to be the key to administering high quality, culturally responsive, and sustainable programs. Within the team she is known for adapting her hobbies to the main two Chicago seasons and being a devoted cat mom to her tripod kitty, Mika.
