Passionate about continually improving the user experience, Stephanie is the primary point of contact for technical support for Listen4Good’s online tools and resources. Her experience and heart help her bring a system and service-oriented lens to every interaction. She strives to improve clarity and ease when interacting with L4G’s products, whether that means untangling a tricky workflow, creating clear documentation, or finding the step in a process that’s quietly causing friction.
Before joining Listen4Good, Stephanie built her customer support and system improvement career across both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including Columbia Sportswear, Girl Scouts, and TOMS Shoes. Along the way she developed a reputation for being both people and detail oriented and learned she thrives when enhancing processes in order to maximize impact. In her spare time, she can be found visiting the zoo with her family, planning their next Disney trip, or unwinding with a jigsaw puzzle.
