Listen4Good Through The Pandemic: 5 Learnings from Nonprofits Serving Northeastern Pennsylvanians

Several direct-service nonprofits in the northeast region of Pennsylvania shared their learnings and experiences of working with Listen4Good’s feedback system through the pandemic. They included Children’s Service Center, Maternal and Family Health Services, Outreach – Center for Community Resources, United Way of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties, Volunteers in Medicine, and Women’s Resource Center.
