Listen4Good Premium

Our 18-month capacity building program supports organizations to build sustainable, equity-based feedback systems.

Participating grantee partners learn to use community data to:

  • Create client-centered solutions
  • Measure their performance
  • Advance equity

Each grantee receives:

  • Access to a content-rich web app with tutorials
  • On-demand resource library

Learning Communities

Listen4Good manages the coordination and professional facilitation of 4-5 convenings for nonprofit leaders participating in Listen4Good.

  • Funders and nonprofits learn together as they review client feedback data
  • In-person or virtual
  • Available to funders who sponsor more than 5 nonprofits in Listen4Good Premium
  • See a sample scope of work

COST: $20,000 – $30,000

Listen4Good is such a no-brainer. I can’t think of a more cost-effective way of building the capacity of organizations, not just about how to use data and information from beneficiaries, but building a muscle to help these organizations going forward. We encourage all of our grantees to do it.

Listen4Good partnered with ORS Impact to conduct third party evaluations of our program for 4+ years. Scroll down on this page to read the full reports. Here’s our top line impact metrics:

  • 81% of Listen4Good organizations make programmatic or operational changes in response to feedback after one year.
  • More than 70% of organizations continue to collect feedback one year after graduating from Listen4Good
  • After one year, L4G nonprofits increase their capacity around collecting, analyzing, and responding to data on average by 1.3 points (on a 5-point scale)

Funders can learn alongside their grantee partners in Listen4Good Learning Communities as well as through commissioning Community Trends Reports. Here’s just a couple of examples of funders learning with Listen4Good:

You can provide a grant to Listen4Good or we can invoice you for the cost. Some funders also choose to provide a grant to organizations that then pay Listen4Good.
